Job Summary

The a2ru associate director reports to the a2ru executive director and works in collaboration with the a2ru team, and a2ru executive committee, and partner-led task forces to support the mission. The person in this position will oversee programs planning, development, and implementation; marketing and communications strategy and implementation; collaborative coordination of conferences; and will assist with budget administration, development strategy and coordination.

The work environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, friendly, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and highly engaging. This position requires national travel, with several trips per academic year for conferences and workshops.
